The 1 1/2 mile right of way cleanup is well underway.  After three weeks of clearing trees and brush, this week we started moving dirt and reshaping the drainage ditch-lines.  Once we complete the drainage shape we will begin installing new tin-horns and begin shoring up the shoulder areas with compressed gravel and milled asphalt.
